1. Whenever possible users should host files via a reputable and specialized platform, and only trust unverified content from reputable and reliable sources. (As of release, we are actively working to establish active distributions and repositories for community data using Lbry and Sia platforms).
2. Be aware that G-code and other job files pose an extreme risk if the author's machine, platform, and CAM configuration are unknown. Unless otherwise stated, job files shared by the Development team will always be configured to run on the current, official distribution of the FLEX. If you are hoping to run someone else's code, know roughly how the job is intended to run and take it slowly... and be ready to pull the power at a moment's notice.
3. Members are welcome to host and share content via Google/other commercial content providers, but should be aware of exactly how these services operate. If nothing else, users should be aware that these services may simply delete all their content without warning or provocation, and that they are not the preferred solution for file hosting... decentralized data and content is far preferable!
